1.What are your rates for deliveries?

 

Rates vary depending on the type of Vehicle, dimension of the item, or distance of delivery. Our pricing details are available on our social media page; Facebook and Instagram.

 

2.Can SKIDOO handle large dimension or volumes of orders?

 

Yes, we can customise the delivery to our clients’ specifications, with no limitations on the item’s dimensions or volume.

 

  1. How can I keep track of my goods during transit?

 

You can contact our customer service through our website by clicking on “ENQUIRE NOW” icon. Our Customer Service will provide you with information on the transit of your goods and notify you if the delivery has been completed successfully upon request.  

 

  1. What happens if my goods are damaged during transit?

 

SKIDOO offers Damage Protection on most deliveries to protect your goods in the unlikely event. If your item is damaged, please contact our Customer Service and provide proof of damage to start a claim.Any damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery. SKIDOO’s liability for any loss of the delivery item shall be limited to the cost of the delivery item as indicated by you, upon acceptance of the delivery item by SKIDOO, or RM200 per delivery item, whichever is lower (“Compensation Limits”).

 

 

  1. How can we join as a SKIDOO Rider?

 

Drop to our website and click on “JOIN SKIDOO” on the top right of our website and fill out your information and become a SKIDOO partner.

We will contact the shortlisted individual for an interview session.

Once all documents are verified and the individual passes the interview, He or she will be part of our team as the SKIDOO Delivery Partner.

 

 

  1. What payment methods do you accept?

 

We accept online banking, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers. Cash payment by sender or receiver is available too.

 

Note: This offer is only for cash payment: If the sender has requested a SKIDOO service to be delivered to the receiver, the sender must arrange for cash payment.

 

  1. What items SKIDOO won’t deliver?

 

Unfortunately, we don’t deliver passengers or pets. We don’t deliver chemical, flammable objects or items that could endanger our driver’s safety and well-being. Please contact us info@skidoo.com.my, if there are any queries on whether the item you wish to deliver is allowed. Other than that, SKIDOO can send almost everything else.

 

 

8.Is COD available?

 

We don’t provide COD services.
